Refund Policy

1. Overview
AdvisorHub LLC operates CredReadi (credreadi.com) and FundReadi (fundreadi.com). This Refund Policy describes the limited circumstances under which we issue refunds for subscription charges. By subscribing to either product, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable
Subscription payments are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described in Section 3 below. Our service is delivered immediately upon payment, credit monitoring is activated, your bureau data is pulled, and AI funding analysis is generated against your live file. Because the service has been rendered, we do not offer general satisfaction-based refunds.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your portal settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access through the end of the cycle you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle.
3. Refund Exceptions
We will issue a refund only in the following situations:
3.1 CRS Onboarding Failure
If you complete payment for a credit-monitoring tier (Standard or Premium) and the CRS identity-verification process fails after you have exhausted all verification attempts, preventing the activation of your credit-monitoring service, you may request a refund of the charge that funded that activation attempt. Refunds under this section are issued provided you have not subsequently activated monitoring through a successful verification.
As an alternative to a refund, you may convert to our Upload tier, which does not require identity verification through CRS. Conversion instructions are surfaced inside the portal at the end of the verification process.
3.2 Funding Analysis Failure
If a funding analysis fails to generate due to a system error on our side, or generates with material defects directly attributable to our processing pipeline (not to incomplete or inaccurate source data from the bureau), we will either regenerate the analysis at no additional charge or refund the portion of the subscription payment that funded the failed analysis, at your option.
3.3 Operational Exceptions
We will also issue refunds in the following operational cases:
- Duplicate charges on the same subscription billing cycle
- Unauthorized charges where you can demonstrate the payment method was used without your authorization, subject to verification
- Billing errors attributable to our processing systems
4. What We Do Not Refund
Subscription charges for periods during which the service was successfully delivered, credit monitoring was active, bureau data was pulled, or funding analyses were generated, are not eligible for refunds, including refunds based on dissatisfaction with the service or the results.
We do not offer trial periods or satisfaction-based money-back guarantees. We encourage you to review the product description, pricing page, and sample analyses before subscribing.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under Section 3, contact us at info@advisorhub.io with the following:
- Your account email address
- Transaction date and amount
- Last four digits of the payment method used
- The specific Section 3 ground on which you are requesting the refund
- Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, timestamps)
We will review and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us:
- Your account will be suspended pending investigation
- We will provide your card issuer with evidence of service delivery (activation timestamps, analyses generated, monitoring events)
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
- If the dispute is found in our favor, you may be liable for chargeback fees and reasonable legal costs
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We resolve legitimate billing problems faster and more cleanly than the card-issuer dispute process.
7. Business and Whitelabel Accounts
Business, whitelabel, and enterprise accounts may be governed by separate refund terms in their commercial agreement with AdvisorHub LLC. The terms of that agreement control to the extent they differ from this policy.
8. State-Specific Rights
Some states provide consumer-protection rights, including cancellation rights or cooling-off periods, that override the general terms of this policy. Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under applicable state or federal law.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Changes do not affect refund requests submitted before the change takes effect.
